ON THE ROAD
EXETER SHOW 2012

Back to Flagg Fluorspar Index

Well, the time came to load up................

................. and it all fits in...............

................. with JUST enough room...............

................. and stock boxes on the top ...............

................. we set off for the first show at Exeter.

"backstage" has enough room to store a rake of stock "off track"..............

................. and the Operator's coffee cup!

It looks OK from the front...............

................. and the flaps make it visible from a distance...............

................. no matter where you are!

The line was fortunate in being lent some additional locos and stock for the occasion and Sean Cullen returned some of my skips which now look more rusty and battered thsn they did before...............

................. but its own locos made an appearance as well.

A view from the side...............

................. showing the 2CV van which also mysteriously appeared from somewhere or other...............

A new loco entered service...............

................. the replacement for the stolen No 8 MAGRAT (An Andel Models Avonside MLM) entered service and JUST cleared the building and the fixed end.

I got out some of a massive rake of coal tubs I was loaned...............

............. and thanks to Reece Attrill, The Operator On Duty (with the coal train)
